A huge thanks again to all those who attended the National Retreat this year - another huge success for all involved. See photos below, all courtesy of Verena Jonker. We're just working our way through the evaluation forms now, so will have some testimonials up soon - watch this space :-)
Here's the 2018 events details:
Inspired by last year’s beautiful and unified retreat, we plan to continue to deepen our understanding and experience of the Five Heart Qualities - to weave them into our everyday lives so they support our growth, healing and positive development.
THE PROGRAMME Our programme,is supported by a powerful Qi-field and designed to develop overall life enhancement, improve health and well being and to maximise positive change in all participants. It is lead by experienced Yuan Gong Qigong teachers who collectively offer a vast amount of knowledge and experience of Qigong and self-healing. During the week we will:
Learn and practice of Yuan Gong Qigong: beautiful moving and still meditations using the body, mind, and Qi. Suitable for anyone, any age and any physical condition.
Experience Qi healing, in a completely safe and gentle way to improve the body’s Qi condition.
Learn powerful tools for life cultivation and deepen understanding of Ren Xue.
CAN I ATTEND IF I AM A BEGINNER? Absolutely. Everyone- including those very new to Yuan Gong is welcome. We strongly recommend you read “Wellbeing Begins With You” before you come. This will give you a good foundation in the theories and principles of Qigong and Ren Xue and make a real difference in your ability to experience deep change, and gain tangible long lasting benefit from the retreat.
