I have gained so much over the years that I have been learning and practising REN XUE. It began as a way of relaxing and becoming more calm in a weekly Yuan Gong class and slowly changed into a daily routine and way of life.  It took me a while to find my path in life so I wandered around a lot in my twenties - travelling and trying different jobs and studies until I realised my desire to help other people.  I started working in healthcare and became a Physiotherapist but since having my 3 children I have focused on family and completing the Yuan Gong/Yuan Ming teacher training programme.  I now home-school our 3 boys, teach Yuan Gong whenever I get the opportunity and am learning about self-sufficiency and compost making in our new home in Golden Bay.
