What a wonderful Weekend, full of joy.  We all felt nourished by Yuan Gong Practice, group healings and sharing of life .  The theme was Self Love and the greatest act of self healing being unifying with a good state (5Xin; Trust, Openness, Love, Gratitude and Gongjing) and working on any patterns that hindered that state of being.

The next Nelson retreat is planned for the 16th - 18th September possibly in the sounds this time
