Here's all the event details:
Our weekend retreats are a great way to strengthen your practice and go deeper with other work you want to do on your life in a supportive environment. We've been running weekend retreats for 5 years and the retreats are becoming progressively more life enhancing as we all work together to Zi Du, Du Ren: uplift your own life and help others. The programme of Yuan Gong practice, Ren Xue theory discussion and group healing is designed to help you deepen your practice and understanding of Qigong and Ren Xue. There will be teaching of Yuan Gong, first and second methods, so beginners are very welcome too! Supported by a powerful healing Qifield and surrounded by native bush and mountains, the peace and quiet of the natural environment helps to relax, calm and energise.
